Gran Turismo 5 Gets New Release Date

According to this email I just received from Amazon regarding my pre-order it appears that the new release date for Gran Turismo 5 is December 31 2010. I don’t think anyone would be surprised if this changed again. December 31 does seem like such an odd release date. New years eve release date? Really? Until then we can dream so with that said here’s a screen shot from the game:

Gran Turismo 5 Demos Hit Target Stores

Yesterday I randomly came across s Playstation 3 slim kiosk at a Target store. The Kiosk had a bunch of Playstation Move game trailers and also had a demo of Gran Turismo 5 on it. The sad part of playing the demo at the store is that in general I think much is lost from playing Gran Turismo 5 without a wheel. You dont get the force feedback and full feel of the driving physics in the game.
